Brisket Bierocks
Leftover Brisket from Easter, I did actually egg it, went Hungry Hussey on the filling prep on the Blackstone...Re seasoned with brisket seasoning, caramelized onions , sourkraut and Cabbage ....Thanks for Looking

Nice! Didn't know what a bierocks was, had to google that. Similar to a klobasnek which I came across in a Texas cookbook some years ago.
