Did some boneless skinless thighs for dinner after a day of yard work and playing whiffle ball w my son.
marinaded these just for about 90 mins in sesame oil, soy sauce, and Italian dressing. Diversity.
I added some plowboys yardbird when they hit the fire.

Today's my birthday so I'm just chilling at home and winding down this last hour. Felt a bit run down today so no big plans. However, I did just finish a quadruple wagyu bacon smashburger, made with half SRF ground beef and half homemade, dry-cured garlic and herb beef bacon, topped with lots of cheese and hickory smoked and carmelized onions. Planning to finish off my birthday week tomorrow with a nice meal cooked on the Egg.
It's "Smokin Gal", not "Smoking Al".

Pressure washed the house, pergola and deck today while spinning a rib roast on the Joetisserie. The Joetisserie puts a mean crust on a prime rib! Though this one was cooked a little longer than we usually prefer. Still some very good eats. Happy Easter y’all.

Looks good. I am sad to say I still have to fight that queezey feeling I get from the bowl of mussels ever since my food poisoning incident a few years ago. Forced myself to eat them again but the reaction I fear is involuntary.
