Would ya just look at this d@mn thing!
First, what's the biggest brisket you've ever seen? This is mine, 21.7#. First, they're out of their d@mn mind at $5 a pound price. I've told them. Second, would ya look at that thing! Third, I buy mine at Costco and the largest I ever bought was 17#.
I don't know why they're sideways. I couldn't correct them.

Sadly, $5 a pound doesn’t sound bad relative to my neck of the woods.
Looks like your photos oriented themselves nicely.

I just scrolled through 6 pages looking for the money shot on that beast, finally found this:

Wondering what the brisket off this one might weigh...

Now that is impressive! There's a joke in this somewhere about me thinking I had some big meat until some fella from Texas showed me his, but those kind of jokes are beneath me.
@nolaegghead & @The Cen-Tex Smoker , thank you for digging that up to share again.

I had to dig to find that thread. Couldn’t find it in @The Cen-Tex Smoker ‘s posts. Finally dug it out of @SGH ‘s.

there is a pic somewhere on here of me holding it up before I shipped it. It covered my entire torso. It was huge.

A classic...
Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
