Looks great! I've been enjoying that as well. My only complaint is I usually have to pick through and take out some large chunks of fat when I'm pulling it. The flavor is excellent though. Easy to make as a pork shoulder with the flavor of a brisket!

Looks great. One of my favorites. Pepper stout beef is a go-to in our house. I always like seeing the canine cooking companions also - thanks for posting.

I don't know why I don't do this one more often...especially the pepper stout beef. It has been excellent every time and so easy.
That is a great looking final plate. Tots always earn extra credit! 👍️

For a twist try peproncinis and their juice for the liquid. You don’t mix the meat a peppers together but you end up with some spicy beef

You're describing a so called "Mississippi Roast". My 2nd favorite thing to do with a chuck roast and make one at least once a month.
