Dry rub of John Henry’s Chicken Tickler. Sauced with a mix of Gochujang, rice vinegar, sesame oil, soy, honey and garlic In the last 10 minutes. One chunk of cherry for color. N quick pickled some veggies and made Korean deviled eggs. Beautiful day at the lake. Cheers and go Cats!

Love the char. Char on chicken is where it’s at. Can almost taste them from here.

My wife is unfortunately not a fan of wings, so despite loving them, I make them but a few times a year.

Better to be lucky than good any day. The wings and sides were never in doubt.
Now, Wofford... great defense there but if Washington isn't back it could be a tough go next week.
