For the marinade:
1 cup EVOO
Around 1/4 cup lemon juice (could probably use closer to 1/2 cup)
Chopped up some fresh mint, thyme and oregano
About 2 TBSP dijon mustard
S&P
3 cloves of minced garlic
Tzatziki:
2 cups Greek yogurt
1 cucumber, with the seeds removed, finely chopped
A bunch of dill
3 cloves of minced garlic
