Looking at Dash cams on Amazon. Any recommendations? Had a car (coming at me) lose control and just about hit head on. Fortunately I was able to go towards his side of the road to avoid it.

Chicken on the XL with toasted home made sour dough bread and ratatouille. The courgettes and peppers were part cooked on the Egg to get some smoke before adding to the mix.

Nom nom nom.Throw a couple peeled cucumbers, plain yogurt, fresh garlic, dill, chicken or vegetable bullion/base (to salt), pepper and optionally some oil - EVOO or even butter, omit if you want lower fat -- all into a blender. I use very low fat yogurt, so I add some fat. I add a dash of MSG for umami.Blend the crap out of it. I use my Blendtec. Add a touch of xantham gum to thicken, milk to thin, get it were you want, probably will be fine. Refrigerate over night for best flavor, although you can eat immediately.A 50:50 ratio of cucumbers/yogurt is a good starting point.Garnish with...oh, nevermind. I was going to say some chunks of cucumber.______________________________________________I love lamp.. -
