Served with some baked broccoli and sweet potatoes. 400 degrees indirect raised as high as I could go in the dome. Crispy skin, melt in your mouth chicken.

@dmourati - Rinsed it...patted it dry...spatched it...applied dry rub...let sit uncovered in the fridge while egg heated to 400. I like to do mine indirect and raised high in the dome. Took right about 1 hour to finish. Pull when the breast meat hits 160 and then let sit for a few minutes before cutting up.dmourati said:What did you do to the chicken to prep?
