Egg is OOC until my new bands come in. Went to Costco today, so I had to pick up steak. Pulled the old kettle out of mothballs. Turned out well. Served with some wine, baked veggies and cauliflower and cheese. Thanks for looking.

Steaks look awesome. I did burgers last night on my Weber kettle. I still use it 2-3 times a month.

Fantastic looking grub my friend. And for the record, nothing wrong with using the ole Weber. It’s one of my personal favorites.

My wife does that, but I believe that she steams the cauliflower until it is soft then makes a "roux" with heavy cream, sour cream, garlic and three kinds of cheese. Then she bakes in the oven 30 minutes. It is one of my favorite things to have with a steak.marysvilleksegghead said:great looking steaks! How did you cook the cauliflower? Thx

Great looking steaks there.
Like a well intended dogooder, I gave my Weber Kettle to my son in law, along with a chimney starter and Smokinator.
Miss the WeberLBGE, and just enough knowledge and gadgets to be dangerous .

Yes! Great cook there!“There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body.”
