rabbit: grill, sous vide, or fry?

guy killed some rabbit and had extra in his freezer, gave me one

what temp do you cook rabbits to? don't have time for a brine really.

sous vide makes the most tender rabbit meat. i think i did 140 for 2 hours.

Chop it up and put it in a paella. My brother in law raises rabbits on their farm- tasty mixed into paella. Never tried SV but that’s a thought...LBGE in Elm Grove, WI
