uncommon things to smoke?

so everyone does ribs, brisket, pork butt, etc
what are some other things you smoke on your bge that are less common? things like cheese, jerky, etc. the smoked bologna thread prompted this question

smoked block of cream cheese served with crackers served warm or cold

I have not, I've done some smoked peppers but did not really come through on the ferment...Next time I will not smoke some peppers ( which kills the good bacteria) and mix it with 50- 60% freshfishlessman said:

Hard boiled eggs, water to make smoked ice or smoked lemonade, cheese-itz (not worth it but fun to try), lemons and limes for smokey margaritas, broccoli (not good but needed to try). I really want try smoking pigs feet. I just need to commit to trying it and find a recipe.Pittsburgh, PA. LBGE

I loved it but it needed less than I gave it. I poured the bottle into a glass dish and then cold smoked with my pellet tub and stirred the whiskey every 30 min so that there was a fresh surface for the smoke to adhere to. Smoked 2.5 hours total on my first bottle.FanOfFanboys said:

It it was good but borderline overbearing. The second time I reduced to one and Half hours with no stirring and it was perfect
