CI Roasted Lemon-Garlic Yardbird

Take off on a BA recipe. Whole bird stuffed with lemon and thyme. Roasted garlic and lemon with butter for saucing and potatoes on the side. 425 indirect with one chunk of cherry. Bingo. The lemon garlic pan sauce over the bird and veggies was legit. This was worthy. Happy Friday Blake. @piney, thanks for the good looking cutting board!

Chickens roasted in a ci pan like that with roasted potatoes and garlic are great.
I love roasted chicken almost as much as grilled chicken.
