Prepped the Costco Prime Brisket last night threw it on the BGE this morning at 7AM. As a NorCal guy I must say BEAT LA!!!

Great eats await. Just don't rush to declare victory with the brisket. Enjoy the cook, the most fun cook on the BGE, IMO.
