Super Bowl Brisket!

Prepped the Costco Prime Brisket last night threw it on the BGE this morning at 7AM.  As a NorCal guy I must say BEAT LA!!!

    Great eats await.  Just don't rush to declare victory with the brisket.  Enjoy the cook, the most fun cook on the BGE, IMO. 
    Louisville;  L & S BGEs, PBC, Lang 36; Burnin' wood in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer.

  • Turned out great!! Super moist. I got a little lazy on trimming it and maybe foiled it too long.  But all was good!
