George's regular from Food Lion for $11.00 a gallon. Way better than average and we dress it up a bit at times.I drink cheap beer so I can afford good bourbon.

This stuff is great - Charlie Mills Famous Bar-B-Que Sauce Mix. It is a powder mix, you mix it with a jug of apple cider vinegar. I get it occasionally at the Piggly Wiggly when down east. Has a bit more heat than the average Eastern NC sauce.

This is a Lexington style sauce. It is chosen by our guests at a 5-1 margin over anything else we put out. Easy and dirt cheap to make. It’s excellent on yardbird too.
