Came out good.

Pretty thick and kinda fatty but rendered decent.
Could have used a little more smoke.

Let’s put it this way, sometimes it’s not all about making it overtop ribs—every time. Sometimes, well let’s be downright honest, often enough, it’s about putting grub on the table and not putting a whole lot of effort in it while we catch up with the rest of life. They look good to me, so hats off to enginuity.
