I just noticed you have a rutland..no RIP thanks to @RRP

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Yeah in hindsight, and sobriety, I realized that my decision to let the rest of my RO lump just burn out (since I'm gonna do some salmon today and want to use cleaner burning Rockwood for that) would've been fine if I hadn't left the drippings of 3 lbs of bacon in my drip tray.  Walked away for a moment when it was around 300F and returned to this volcano...  and yes, God Bless @RRP !

  • I pegged the needle on my thermometer once and it started to wrap. But no flames. I must have done something wrong.

@vb4677 Does your thermometer still work?  I previously toasted mine when I forgot to remove it during a clean burn.
It's "Smokin Gal", not "Smoking Al".
