Had something like this at a local restaurant. Re-creation has us well fed. Carmelized onion and garlic. Chorizo augmented with paprika, cumin, coriander and ancho chili powder. Sheequan seasoned with N’s taco seasoning and grilled over RW. Jalapeño melting cheese amped with our home grown jalapeños with it all topped off with a fresh mexi-themed salad a la N. Yep. Have a great weekend brethren.

This had a sell by date of 2015. Too many freezers. Hopefully @stjke can confirm we aren’t gonna die

That looks delicious. I will say that you can find a better quality chorizo. I use to use the one shown in my breakfast burritos. I have moved away and found some better sources......perhaps a sidebar on that some time.

As a matter of coincidence I have both chorizo and chicken breasts thawed in my fridge.

Brent, so did the chorizo go into the queso? Looks like it but I'm not sure.
I did a cook/post years ago where I stuffed the uncooked chorizo under a spatched cheekun's skin, and cooked it slowly that way. Was delicious, but extremely messy; your method (if I have it right) looks much easier, and even tastier!"Dumplings are just noodles that have already eaten" - Jon Kung

Laughing at the 2015 sell by date. I've got myself on a no meat buying mandate when i go to the store these days unless it's something i need to use immediately. I'm not buying another freezer.

I'm glad you used up that chorizo. Not because of the date, but because of all the instructions on it!

You got it brother. Chorizo and jalapeños go into the cheese then over the Sheequan. Very easy and tasty. Thanks.Botch said:Brent, so did the chorizo go into the queso? Looks like it but I'm not sure.
