Insufficient/incorrect normalization in the schema? Or not enough volume of unique test data to use, so some has to be purged and then reused?nolaegghead said:Running scripts on an Oracle data warehouse test server to surgically remove replicated data that interferes with other test data.

Just found out we selected Oracle EBS as our Corporate ERP... I think I better start relearning Java. Yuck on both accounts.South of Nashville - BGE XL - Alfresco 42" ALXE - Alfresco Versa Burner - Sunbeam Microwave

Generally we replicate test and production data on this server, just happens we have some poorly written code for our life sciences division where the two can't coexist. There are 30-some databases with ETL replication on this system and 2 are problems.Sea2Ski said:

Make sure to put in "select distinct" to mitigate all those pesky Cartesian products that Wizard seems to create. "why am I getting 50 million results?!"

Thanks for all of the PMs, I didn’t realize so many were anxiously following this. I probably should’ve just piicked up Thai with the wind and cold rain outside, but wings.Legume said:I am posting to the forum to announce that I will be making wings tonight for the football game. It’s a good thing temps don’t really need to be stable for wings, because I was all over the place. Good eats, good game tonight.
