Turkey 3 ways (pic heavy)

This past thanksgiving, I experimented with making turkey breasts and legs. (family didn't want whole turkey - they felt it too much goes to waste). The recipes are all on halalpitmasters.com. All were delicious, although the central texas style was the least favorite, maybe because it was a bit dry.

1.) Central texas style turkey breast (boneless, skinless):



2.) Lemon-garlic butter basted turkey breast (bone-in skin-on) and legs:
