Well, I married me a wife, she's been trouble all my life,
Run me out in the cold rain and snow -
I reverse seer mine. Kind of. I cook in the Dutch with S,P,G powder, onion powder, and rosemary. Once they are done to their joints have little resistance. I let them rest then seer on egg to crisp the skin. Pretty killer to me.Columbus, Ohio--A Gasser filled with Matchlight and an Ugly Drum.

My favorite part of the bird but the wife doesn’t eat dark meat so we just do spatchcock and I get the good stuff. 30 years ago I used to buy a 40 lb. case for $10....yep 25 cents a pound. I ate alot of them back then.Jacksonville FL
