I’d cook it. You’re going to end up over 200degress internal to get it cooked. What’s going to survive?

Yup, cook it...ground meat is more of an issue...FWIW thawing outside the fridge is just something I shy away from and I've learned. Partially frozen proteins are just fine on the smokerVisalia, Ca @lkapigian

I dunno, man. You might be fine, but...
"If raw meats have been mishandled (left in the “Danger Zone” too long), bacteria may grow and produce toxins which can cause foodborne illness. Those toxins that are heat resistant are not destroyed by cooking. Therefore, even though cooked, meat and poultry mishandled in the raw state may not be safe to eat even after proper preparation."

And just because it smells good, doesn't necessarily mean it's safe to eat. Just means it hasn't started to rot. Salmonella and E. coli are both tasteless and odorless.I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

i decided to cook it.. Meat looked good and zero smell. If i croak eating my pork, then I just want to thank everyone for their advice.
I am going to pull it tonight, vacuum seal and reheat by Sous Vide tomorrow. What temp should the Sous Vide be at?
I am going to pair the questionable pork with a side of slaw with apple cider vinegar and mayo that has been sitting out in the sun for 2 days.Hasbrouck Heights, NJ

In cooking, often we implement steps for which we have no explanations other than ‘that’s what everybody else does’ or ‘that’s what I have been told.’ Dare to think for yourself. -

Glad to hear you made it! This time.
I like 160° F for the reheat.I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

20-30 minutes should do it, assuming a 1 lb vac bag.
EDIT, longer won't hurt it, but that should be fine.I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!
