We hosted our annual Friendsgiving this past weekend, and as always made a Mad Max turkey and the gravy to go with it. Always a hit! If you haven’t done this method before... what are you waiting for?

I plan on doing it this Thanksgiving. Did you egg it or oven? And if egg did you set the pan directly on the conveggtor or the grate?O-Town, FL

what size is the roasting pan you used? I bought a 15lb capacity one today and am hoping to use the setup you used and the one in mad max directions with the plate setter feet (with a V-rack). Did you have any problems w/ the bottom burning ?
