I just pulled the trigger and purchased one! I am super excited to start playing around with all sorts of receipes and of course lots of pizza!!
Out of curiosity for those of you that may have ordered from them directly...what did shipping times look like? Just wondering. It states they have it in stock, and will ship within 1-2 days. Hoping thats the case and I get it sooner than later so I can use it some before winter gets here.

Just got 2nd roccbox both from WS. Both arrived in less than a week.

I have some store bought dough from a local pizza/bakery. Would still appreciate the receipe though!

make sure you cook at the same temp they use- most store bought dough is not made to be cooked at 900+ degrees. You need the right dough to cook Neapolitan style pies (full blast Roccbox temps). you can cook at the lower temps in the Roccbox so ask them where they cook and do that. Then make your own! Most store-bought stuff is over/under proofed and will not stand up to dough you make and control yourself. FWIW- the Roccbox quick dough is pretty good so use that if you don't get JIC's recipe in time.

We both love pizza but eat it very rarely. 2x this year. Pizza isn’t on the wifey’s fitness and nutrition plan. I appreciate the hard bodyJohnInCarolina said:
