Saturday eats...
Went to Costco and got some prime sirloin cap steaks, doing them reverse sear. Roasted some garlic... made some potato & onion 3 cheese au gratin, and grilling some asparagus as well. Sipping some dirty Tito’s and enjoying the weekend. Wife got the house all decorated for Fall, got a tee time in the morning, and my on call week starts Monday morning. So have a great weekend!
