I tried making this chili tonight after all of the recent posts, and it certainly did not disappoint. Fantastic recipe

We use a chuck roast, but smoke it. Couple days ahead and let it sit to get the smoke flavor and then coarse grind it the day we make the chiliTheCommish said:Thanks @KiterTodd!
