Over The Top Chili

I tried making this chili tonight after all of the recent posts, and it certainly did not disappoint. Fantastic recipe

I just love how those cooks look.  How often do you get to brown an enormous ball of ground beef like that!  Awesome...  (I just finished the last of mine frozen from a prior cook)

We use a chuck roast, but smoke it. Couple days ahead and let it sit to get the smoke flavor and then coarse grind it the day we make the chili
