Morning All:

I served as a judge at a Steak Cookoff Association (SCA) event on Saturday & one of the other judges was doing his 28th contest making him a "PRIME" judge (equivalent to "Master" in KCBS)...one of the competitors made a "cake" to congratulate him, but you won't believe how beautiful this cake was...check it out...


I wasn't able to stay around to see it cut, but I understand it was a perfect "medium, pink center"! That is some talented cake decorating!
