SV Chops with SV Shrooms

SV’d da chops for 2hr @130 with rosemary,sage,salt n butter. Then a quick ice bath so to not overcook
Searing on the mini At 600ish with some cherry wood
Plated up with some shrooms that were SVd with thyme,salt n pepper and butter.
SV shrooms rocked my world and will be repeated

SV Shrooms - I used baby ports mixed with fresh thyme,salt n pepper with a pad of butter and a splash of balsamic vinegar. SVd at 176° for 30mins. Then dumped the bag into a skillet for a quick sautée and to reduce the liquid a bit.-----------------------------------------analyze adapt overcome2008 -Large BGE. 2013- Small BGE and 2015 - Mini.
