SV Chops with SV Shrooms

SV’d da chops for 2hr @130 with rosemary,sage,salt n butter. Then a quick ice bath so to not overcook 

Searing on the mini At 600ish with some cherry wood 


Plated up with some shrooms that were SVd with thyme,salt n pepper and butter.  


SV shrooms rocked my world and will be repeated
