There are few words for how good smoked wings (IT 150) followed by fried on the mini egg in a cast iron Dutch oven (it 170) followed by sauce toss by on the egg to set turns out.... amazing

I've had plans on smoke/fry wings for a while but always find myself too lazy to follow through. Looks like a positive outcome!
