I'm glad to say that i finally have access to big beef ribs. 1 cook under my belt...amazing. Can't wait to cook them again. But...that peach cobbler! I'm doing that very soon. Got a weekend off with plans to stop by a farmer's market or two coming up. Def gonna pick up some peaches. Fantastic post!Wetumpka, Alabama

Prime beef ribs are available at Costco, 2 racks in a cryopac. I think I got some at Kroger once, but you have to ask at the meat counter .Hook_emHornsfan_74 said:Man.
