The beef rib....my go at it....

Options
Early in the game.....
@JRWhitee laid this rack on me awhile back. (Thanks Jim), 2x baked taters, stewed tomato and okra....
Then thanks to @DoubleEgger for providing an unintended kick in the butt to motivate me to do a “local”peach cobbler. I have acquired the peaches on multiple occasions....but life got in the way. Today, when I completed the ribs, I ratcheted  up the heat and added a few peach chips for a light kiss of smoke.

Sliced the ribs for dinner and plated (no picture of plated) while the cobbler did it’s thing (in the rain no doubt).

oh boy.

.....with vanilla ice cream of course

Thanks for looking and have a great week.

The ribs are nice, but that cobbler is not just a home run, but a walk-off home run. Nice!

    Whoa.

I was going to mention that I made beef ribs a couple of days ago.

But there's no point. Yours look freakin' good, and that cobbler takes it over the top .

Now that is a great banquet across the board.  Definitely nailed those ribs.  Plate ribs for the win.  Congrats.

@Scantron note we did not use the optional cinnamon. Also do not stir as it states....that is a critical no step. Really quite easy. Hope you enjoy.
