    Not sure which of those I like better. Both look fantastic!
    They were an awesome one two punch. The twice baked and stewed tomato and okra were shaming for sure.

    I'm glad to say that i finally have access to big beef ribs. 1 cook under my belt...amazing. Can't wait to cook them again. But...that peach cobbler!  I'm doing that very soon. Got a weekend off with plans to stop by a farmer's market or two coming up. Def gonna pick up some peaches. Fantastic post!

    Man. Beef ribs are top of my list when I’m able to cook again. Hard to find here but I think I found a place that has them. 
    Prime beef ribs are available at Costco, 2 racks in a cryopac. I think I got some at Kroger once, but you have to ask at the meat counter .
