been trying for years since way before woot was amazon. Finally got one on Prime Day was fun opening the mystery box with my little girl. Got my $10 worth. A little drone, a light up mummy costume, a couple shirts, a clamp, some painters tape, couple books, some crap.

    Same, that's a huge improvement from the crap I got (pre-amazon).  Since Amazon took over woot, I've stopped paying attention.

    NOTE:  The original founder of woot started a new site that's basically the same thing (I guess his noncompete expired).  http://www.meh.com

    I’ve scored five or six. Never tried after the amazon buy. Gotten some decent stuff but no legendary anvils or broken toilets. One guy got a Pallet of flat screens every month for a year once lol. Most of my crap gets donated to needy causes. 

    Shirt woot DID send me a box of 500 shirts once. That was insane. 

    And when wine woot was cool, I got a mystery tasting bottle one time. Had to write my review of it. Great plan there. Hope the wine guys (David) are doing ok..
