At long last my friend. I have been trying to lay my hands on a mint 5406 for years. Y’all just think that I have been shave bombing. Just wait until my Clauss arrives.

    Ron, I have not posted an uberlather yet. But when the ole 5406 arrives I’m going to make an uberlather for the inaugural shave with the Clauss.

    Fellows I’m kind of hurt that no one has said congratulations on the win. Getting this Clauss is right up there with the birth of my children. Almost a life accomplishment.

    Thank you brother Corn. And no sir, I do not have a display case at this time. However I’m considering having a custom built shave area built  into my bathroom in my bedroom. Nothing big, just a sink and a few shelves. 
    If you do go with the Muhle R41, please let me know what you think of it. I know I have said this a million times already, but it honestly can’t be said enough. Take great heed when you first use the Muhle. It’s agreesion is on an entirely different level than the average DE razor. However once you master it, there is simply no going back down the scale. No other DE (currently manufactured) even comes close to the Muhle R41 for single pass closeness.

    I hate ties and have to wear one 4 days a week.  Germ infested silly decorations that serve no purpose and they get screwed up when you do try to dry clean them.  Been lobbying to get rid of them since I started at my job in 2005.  

    The women at work have casual day every day and we are stuck hanging ugly fabric from our necks Monday through Thursday.

    No sir. I buy in bulk or try too. I found a deal on the Walgreens app buy one and get one free so I took full advantage of it. This is the products that I use everyday so I thought why not while they had the buy one get one free deal.

    Absolutely. I’m going to do an uberlather for the first shave with the vintage Clauss. I have not posted any pics thus far of an uberlather. Also I have a new custom built scuttle (it’s bigger and deeper) that I’m going to use for the Big Shave. There will be nothing but new pics from start to finish. And there will be tons of them.
