Thanks guys...
The snails were purchased like that, I just cooked them in some oil and garlic and then did the scallops after them.
The chops were pulled outta the freezer as we had some unexpected dinner guests.
Lost a good portion of the hair on my right arm making a rookie mistake and not burping the egg.
All told, dinner was good... drinking a ton of water and heading to bed. Early tee time tomorrow, thank God the course is close by...
