Cooking them hot at 400 degrees to 140-145 internal seemed hot with the carry over. That's all. I have only grilled lobster once and just pulled when the meat lost it opaque look. I never took a reading.

140 is the temp recommended for King Crab. So I think that is a good temp to shoot for.
