Down two kids for the evening and the one remaining is a little more adventurous. 

First time trying both of these recipies- 

pork tenderloin marinated in a lime zest, juice, honey and poblano and ancho chili concoction. I grilled it with a small mesquite chunk to 135 and then foiled with some of the remaining marinate for 10 minutes. Was worried about too much citrus flavor  it was turned out on the sweeter end.  Good reviews. 


Grilled mexican street corn with mayo/smoked paprika/ancho chili and butter coating and topped with Cojita and cilantro.
