The non-stick omelet pan I use is 8" across the bottom.

On a griddle just do “burrito style” omelettes. Pour the egg on and let it run, add the toppings and use the spatula to roll it up.

Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -

I am going to try the spring form pan idea. I know I have a couple around not being used. I never bake and don't have the time to learn right now..
Those Lodge 8" silicone rings look promising and priced right, but I think just a bit too small for a big eater. Would be good for pancakes, though. I just mix the batter a bit thicker to prevent pancakes from running too badly.LBGE/Weber Kettle/Blackstone 36" Griddle/Turkey Fryer/Induction Burner/Royal Gourmet 24" Griddle/Cuisinart Twin Oaks/Pit Boss Tabletop pellet smoker/Instant Pot
