Yup. It was freaking heavy tho and I had to flip it onto a smaller rack that would fit in on the grid. Measured once, inverted twice!lkapigian said:Heck Ya!!!

I have never in my life seen a meatloaf like that, and it looks AMAZING!!!

This was my first meatloaf on the egg, so I decided to go big -- it was over 5 pounds of meat and stuffing by the time it was all said and done. Very fun to prep and cook. Despite all that spinach, it wasn't the most healthy thing I'd ever egged. But it was one of the tastiest (according to SWMBO, anyway).
