Those are gorgeous!
How did you serve them? Asian-style slaw on top? Something else? -
Red Neck, American cheese slice and no name brand buns. Yes, very lazy but still pretty good.Theophan said:Those are gorgeous!

I saved a recipe someone here (you, maybe) recommended for Korean meatballs, haven't tried them yet, but plan to, one of these days. I'm not sure i can quite picture what American cheese would taste like on them, but I bet they were good!

Cheese is sort of a thing in Korean pop food. Stumbled upon this some time ago:Theophan said:I saved a recipe someone here (you, maybe) recommended for Korean meatballs, haven't tried them yet, but plan to, one of these days. Just skip the part about boiling the ribs
She has some other recipes that are pretty good too. I’ve seen Korean recipes from others with cheese in them as well. #1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX. -
These were leftovers from Athens Eggfest that we made into burgers and froze based on your post. Just thawed and grilled them up. Really good stuff no matter how they are used.bgebrent said:Very nice!
