I saved a recipe someone here (you, maybe) recommended for Korean meatballs, haven't tried them yet, but plan to, one of these days. I'm not sure i can quite picture what American cheese would taste like on them, but I bet they were good!

Just skip the part about boiling the ribs She has some other recipes that are pretty good too. I’ve seen Korean recipes from others with cheese in them as well.
