Every several months at work we have a potluck. I usually just bring brawts and help heat/cook with the propane grill we have. This time I’m interested in spicing it up a bit.
What are your go to for events like these?
*I can’t do a pork butt another coworker brings it in religiously.

These: 1 can flaky biscuits split in half, 8 ounces cream cheese, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, 8 pieces thick cut bacon crumbled, 6 jalapeños cleaned and diced. Put the biscuit halves in a muffin tin, fill and bake or indirect Egg at 350 until done or about 20 minutes +-. Makes 16. This was a double recipe.

I like dips, they hold well, in a crockpot.
A recent buffalo smoked chicken dip brought to work. Crockpot liners are your friend.

ABT's are always a crowd pleaser. The filling and cheese can be varied to control the heat.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
