So many peeps cooking ribs this weekend made me crave ribs & a Bloody Mary to get it started.

    Halfway there.  Thanks to @YukonRon  for the slushee recipe.  Had a Qt leftover in the freezer from last year so now I need to restock.

    That is an image of absolute beauty. My Beautiful Wife deserves the credit for the Bourbon Slushies.......she got the recipe in church, and has refined it to an art.

    Using Lillie’s Q Carolina sauce.  Just basted so I’ll pull em in 30 min.  No Flameboss this time...dome temp close to 275 & didn’t wrap...looked really good at 1/2 way point.  SRV Kurobota Pork.
