My neighbor's boyfriend mentioned he liked my egg on Saturday and asked if it was "all that".  I told him I could tell him all about it but I'd be better if I showed him.  He said he'd come over with steaks on Monday.  He brought 2 1.5 pound 2.25 inch thick porterhouse steaks over.  Fired up the egg and got ready before I realized he was three sheets to the wind (later learned it was his birthday, good for him).  All good! when they were done, this dude went caveman and ate it with his hands!  I guess that was a good first egg experience. LOL!  Glad my wife and daughter were out for the evening though!

That’s funny.  Buy him some bourbon and tell him to come back with more steaks.  Practice, practice, ....

Grilled meats taste better when eaten by hand.....FACT!

Every time a have a bone in ribeye or Porterhouse I am gnawing on the bone....in fact I cut my steak so I have a good bit of meat to enjoy on the gnaw. I think that qualifies.

I have been screwing up for years.  Didn't realize I needed to be drunk to eat bone-in cuts with my hands.  I've been doing it sober.

Thinking we all get drunk and head to @SmartyPantz for a porterhouse, and show him real Neandertal behavior.
