Lamb Chops on the SBGE

While doing a cook on the Large Egg I fired up the Small to cook up some lamb chops for lunch.  Marinated over night with chopped fresh herbs, olive oil, S&P, and lemon zest.  Dusted with Dizzy Pig Red Eye Express and cooked raised direct at 400+.



Sliced and served
