It’s finally Friday!!!!
Happy Easter to all. The youngest is having Easter dinner this year, 18 adults 7 kids. She’s doing a couple of hams and I’m going to do meat only lamb kebabs. Broke down a beautiful leg a few minutes ago, the wife and I will have the scraps in a grilled lamb curry tonight. Weather here in KY is friggin awful. What’s cookin’?

I am at my parents. Today I planted the garden. Then I put a turkey in the oven seasoned with Honey Hog Hot, no Egg here. Afterwards I fried about a pound and a half of bacon for the appetizers I am making for the family reunion tomorrow. Eight slices thick cut bacon cooked and crumbled, half a pound cream cheese, half a cup of cheddar cheese, six jalapeños diced, mix together. Take canned flakey biscuits and pull in half to line muffin cups. Fill with mix and bake 15 minuets at 350. I am making a double recipe or 32 of them.

I'm scheduled to cook breakfast for sunrise service Sunday. Easter lunch/dinner at our house . We have a ham and various sides. Sis n law called and decided we were going to have burgers and dogs "for Easter"? In any case guess what I threw on the egg tonight? Burgers and dogs....rofl Got to love family!
