First time doing twice baked potatoes and they were a hit. Steaks speak for themselves; prime filet and ribeye. Also asparagus, shrooms, and salad “for your health!”

Looks great !!!I noticed your tier set-up. What was our order of cooking? Did you set the potatoes and asparagus aside then cook the steaks?

Thanks @OshawaDave, good question. Short answer is yes.
Long answer: I started by baking the potatoes indirect at 400F for an hour. I usually put them up on the top level of my AR even if I'm not doing anything underneath just to avoid burning on the bottoms. Then I pulled the potatoes and did the scooping and mixing of the twice baked stuff, put it back in the potato halves, and put the potatoes back on top with some foil underneath as I had some issues with structural integrity of potato skins. Went inside and prepped the asparagus then put it underneath. All that finished up about the same time and I pulled and covered, then took the AR and ceramic out to go direct at 600F. Then did the steaks.
A lot of times I'll do asparagus direct on the top level while cooking proteins on the lower level. But this time it just worked out better to do the asparagus indirect lower while the twice baked potatoes (can we just abbreviate that to TBP) were finishing.XL BGE, CGS AR & spider, 36" SS Blackstone, SMOBOT - Flower Mound, TX -

I hate traveling. Takes me away from my eggs, and it is torture to see such great meals as this, and know I am nowhere near close enough.......
