    Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...

    Thanks for the well wishes.  Glad I could just pull something out of the freezer and make a decent meal out of it.  The steak was EVOO, Porcini Saly Kosher Sat, and Cracked Black Pepper.  The Porcini Salt really kicked up the flavor of the steak.  The shrimp was EVOO Kosher Salt, Cracked Black Pepper, Chopped Garlic, and Old Bay.  Also A good combination.
