OT-Metric Conversion Help ?

Ok, so more and more I understand metric is to calculate % than imperial--and the more things I do like curing and sausage it is quite clear---My struggle is when a Dry Ingredient is in ML vs Grams or MG IE 15 ML of Pepper WTF how much does that weigh...........Please enlighten this Imperial User

I thin there is a sausage making app called grinder that also has some unit conversions.

Trap? I’ve been using the app 7 or 8 years - converts units in more categories than you knew existed, including the basics: length, weight, temperature, volume...

Search for "Emsa Perfect Beaker." Has both imperial and metric scale markings. It has a conical shape w. helps dry ingredients pack more uniformly, tho' its lowest marking is 30ml/ccm, 6 teaspoons. Pretty useful, and inexpensive.
